This Sailboat a 70' grounded in the Baltimore Harbor. This is the rudder during its repair at our shop. A 20' x 15' carbon fiber and kevlar fiberglass box grid structural area supporting the keel and mast were repaired to marine industry standards.

This boat sat next to a boat that caught fire at a Washington DC marina.... The heat caused the gelcoat to blister, and there was fiberglass damage as well. In this image we have peeled the gelcoat off, and are in the process of repairing the fiberglass and refaring the surface.

This Caliber 2002 40' is in for top and to waterline refinishing... here we have taped off and or removed deck hardware, and sanded down all the slick finish areas which are now ready for paint. Once that paint has cured the textured walking areas will be sanded and texturized paint applied to these areas.

Though we don't do metal repair we do paint for older aluminum side RV's and buses. This bus will be reborn into a full blown Baltimore Raven's themed party bus... At this point the old yellow bus has been sanded and primed, ready for Raven's purple Awlgrip paint. Can't wait to see the finished product! OK and did you know... Awgrip paint really doesn't need to be waxed for a really long time and yet remains vibrant without fading?
