Dear Gary,
It's now two years since Osprey awlgripped the deck, and four years
since Osprey applied a vinylester barrier coat to the hull or our
Stevens 47 Aquila. The deck continues to look better than new gel
coat, which is quite a feat given the deteriorated surface you
started with. And the bottom looks, well, like a perfectly good
boat bottom covered with bottom paint, which is just as it should
look.
Throughout all our dealings with Osprey, we were impressed by the
quality of workmanship, the quality of service, and the calibre
and friendliness of you and your employees. Osprey is one of the
few marine services companies in our experience that does first
rate work, is immediately responsive to customer requests, and
goes out of its way to treat customers as valued assets. We would
not hesitate to work with Osprey in the future, and will recommend
your services to our friends.
Sincerely,
John MacEvoy

Dear Garry,
We wanted to drop you a note to tell you and your crew how well
your repairs on Jule III (Laurin 38 ketch) have stood the test
of time. Of course, there are no blisters on her hull since you
applied your osmotic blister repair solution 7 years ago. Also,
the re-application of gelkote to our cabin top looks like new,
even after a year of rough treatment in the Bahamas and Florida.
If you need a reference, please include us on your list.
Sincerely,
Bob and Ann Todd

Hey jim, just wanted to send a thanks to all your special people you have
working for Ospery Marine, the hull shows no sign of any leakage , and my
crew is very happy with the hull speeds we are seeing on the bay. Talking
with Gary , and the gentleman that does your hull work ( his name escapes
me for the moment) was very helpful in getting want I wanted in a final
product. I know he spent some very uncomfortable days getting the hull to it
completed state, thanks for all your efforts. Thankfully,
Jim

Dear Gary Williams,
Thank you for the beautiful job your company did on Molly Blossom's hull. We were very
pleased from the start by the obvious competence of everyone who had anything to do with
the necessary repairs to our boat. Your estimates and scheduling were right on target. We
were pleasantly surprised when we returned to pick up the boat to find the its exterior
absolutely clean with all traces of dust removed. Someone on the docks even thought Molly
was a new Krogen!
Having Jim Jacobs as our contact person who kept us informed as to how the work was
progressing, sent us digital photos of the work, answered our many questions and handled
scheduling of other vendors was terrific. He really helped ease our minds.
We will not hesitate to return to Osprey for any future hull or fiberglass work and we will
also recommend Osprey Composites to other Krogen owners.
Thanks again, your very satisfied customers,
Martin. & Betsy Basch
