Osprey Marine Composites, Inc. is a family owned company established in 1988 located at Herrington Harbour North Marina in Tracy's Landing, Maryland. The company is primarily engaged in the repair, reconstruction and refinishing of Fiber Re-enforced Plastic (FRP) yachts. OMC also engages in custom fabrication of parts for companies as diverse as Electric Boat (General Dynamics) and Queue LLC architectural firm.
OMC occupies a 15,000 square foot climate controlled work facility. It has five large work bays, two of which can accommodate yachts up to 70'. There are two concrete slabs with waste collection ability used for heavy material removal on site.

blister repair using Vinyl Ester
Resin Dow Chemical 8084.
The company also has experience with collision repairs and is recognized by Boat U.S,
Allstate, and other major insurance carriers.

We are currently engaged in a custom fabrication project requiring intricate tooling and unusual composites.
The company also specializes in core replacement, gelcote repairs, and Awlgrip coating systems. Other services include soda and sand blasting and hydraulic planning.
Mr. Garry G. Williams, President of Osprey Marine Composites, has been associated with the marine industry in progressively more responsible positions for 30 years. This experience has included service, repair, restoration, purchasing, commissioning, teaching and management.
Mr. Williams is recognized as an expert in marine composite technology
and serves on the board of directors of the American Boat Builders and
Repair Association.
